Diploma 2 in Business Management & Strategy is tailored to provide learners with an understanding of analytical and functional skills required in Business Management roles. It also outlines the strategic concepts necessary for management levels and aims to develop a holistic and creative approach among learners towards business organisations while analysing, planning, directing, controlling, evaluating and formulating business strategies. The qualification includes six mandatory units. In order to be awarded this diploma, participants must successfully pass all six units. The single diploma should be studied over a six-month period (twelve months for integrated diploma) if the applicant meets its entry requirements.
