In order to be awarded this diploma, participants must successfully pass all five modules. The diploma should be studied over a six-month period if the applicant meets its entry requirements.

It also outlines the strategic concepts necessary for management levels and aims to develop a holistic and creative approach among learners towards Health and Social Care organisations while analysing, planning, directing, controlling, evaluating and formulating Health and Social Care management strategies. The qualification includes six mandatory units. In order to be awarded this diploma, participants must successfully pass all six units. The single diploma should be studied over a six-month period (twelve months for integrated diploma) if the applicant meets its entry requirements.
