Samson has over 15 years’ experience as a Curriculum Team Leader/Programme Leader/Lecturer/ Lead Internal Quality Assurer/Assessor/Trainer at colleges of Further & Higher Education in the United Kingdom. Prior to lecturing, Samson had experience in managing human and material resources in care setting as a Registered Manager (registered by Care Quality Commission). Samson has experience and knowledge of conducting induction, assessment; co-ordinating, managing, planning, implementing, reviewing, evaluating, quality assurance with excellent leadership skills. Samson has a robust and sound knowledge of Policies and Procedures on Equality of Opportunity, Prevent & Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Data Protection, etc. and keep up to date with other relevant legislation.
