A specialised course designed to develop advanced leadership for senior clinicians managing high-stakes trauma care. This advanced leadership course is designed to empower senior clinicians, emergency physicians, and trauma team leaders with the essential non-technical and leadership skills required to manage complex trauma cases effectively.
Through a blend of theory, group discussions, and simulation-based learning, participants will develop practical strategies in clinical leadership, human factors, communication, decision-
making, and multidisciplinary team management in high-pressure trauma environments.
The programme comprises a total of 30 hours of study, delivered through a blended learning model - 60% online and 40% onsite.
